I'm constantly asked by other players to give them a good, balanced, Mesmer PvE build, so I'm going to put the build I use out here for anyone who cares to see.

Ether Feast
Empathy
Shatter Enchantment
Power Spike
Power Drain
Spirit of Failure
Clumsiness
Ineptitude

Obviously it entirely depends on the situation. With an area with more spellcasters, replace clumsiness with backfire. If it's going to have more fighter-type classes, switch out Power Spike for Cry of Frustration, and Power Drain for Energy Tap. If you aren't good at interrupting, you could always switch out Power Drain for Arcane Conundrum and Shatter Enchantment for Drain Enchantment. Obviously if you're going out to a difficult area, you could switch out a skill like Clumsiness for some sort of Resurrect. In areas like the Shiverpeaks with healers like Dolyak Riders you could take Diversion to block out their Orison of Healing. Strategy is pretty straight forward, Ether Feast to heal, Empathy, Clumsiness on fighters, Ineptitude and Spirit of Failure for heavy damage and energy income, and the interrups and shatter enchantment are pretty self explanatory. Use Spike to damage, Drain for energy.

agreed. You wont get haf as decent effect as a mesmer with a fill 16 in an attribute.

your build looks really really poor. go MoR Domination or full out Illusion with Ineptitude but what you have now is very poor and will reinforce the idea that mesmers suck in PvE.
